CurrentManage the successful delivery of MAC projects on the TD Bank Account from initial design phase through delivery. Works closely with Project Management team on the relocation of employees for construction projects, both temporary and final relocations. Excellent communication and interaction with executive level staff, field staff, field architects, general contractors, furniture vendors and project managers.Trained Canadian MAC Management team on Auto CAD software. Most of the team had little or no experience. Works with the customer and vendor to ensure the product is delivered per the agreed requirements. Ensured vendors have completed all punch list work in a timely manner and that it does not interfere with the client’s ability to occupy the space. Provided value engineering during design phase by reusing existing product, minimizing the amount of new product to be ordered. Project example; saved TD Finance $48,000.00 in new furniture product by reusing 90% of furniture on site and pulling a small amount of product from TD storage.Saved TD $71,000.00 or 32% of total MAC team saving by redeploying existing furniture in region in 2014 and $250,000 or 41% of total MAC team savings in 2015.Experience in the relocation of large teams into flex seating. Project example: I worked closely with the Finance department (250+ employees) to transition from full time resident seating into full time flex seating. Managed clean-out events, document purge, IT and box move of supplies and documents. Managed projects by working directly with TD line of business and executives.Managed 40+ MAC projects plus over 500 Work Orders per year in using Real Suite Facility Management web-based system. 10+ years’ experience on Real Suite Facilities Management software. Reviewed and approved payment to contractors after verification that work was completed.Provides excellent design and move presentations clearly showing existing and proposed conditions.
