Signature Bank provided a private banking model for commercial business clients. The bank grew from $25B to $110B, adding businesses and expanding to the West Coast during my tenure.A member of the bank’s leadership team recruited me based on my experience with digital transformation and data strategies. I accomplished several strategic initiatives:— Led the implementation of a fully digital solution to successfully fund 9,900 Payroll Protection Plan (PPP) loans providing $2B to our clients and earning the bank over $75M in fees plus loan interest.— Transformed the lending architecture of Signature Bank, allowing the bank to add several business lines and grow the book from $30B to $70B across CRE, C&I, Fund Banking, Venture Banking, SBA, ABL, and Healthcare. o Led the implementation of the ACBS loan servicing platform. o Led the implementation of the nCino loan origination platform. o Led the implementation of Promerit for the Corporate Mortgage Finance business.— Developed a digital client onboarding solution leveraging nCino, Alloy, Middesk and Docusign. — Developed and led the data governance program (Policy, metrics, data quality initiatives, dictionaries, lineage, and completeness and accuracy controls to govern data management and reporting.— Led the implementation of a SQL based enterprise data warehouse. Implemented analytics using Tableau. Reports and analysis were leveraged by management, treasury, finance, and business lines.— Instituted a high-performance team to manage the data warehouse and lending systems.— Oversaw the restructuring and growth of the IT department from 55 to 120 FTEs.— Oversaw the vulnerability management program which contributed to a 2022 NIST score of 3.06 — Developed a project management office.— Led the data integration workstream for initiative to implement a 24/7 blockchain-based digital payments platform. At its height the platform contained $11B in deposits
