Led North American Terminal Operations and Engineering consisting of 13 US and Canadian terminals, 5+ million barrels for specialty lube oils, chemicals, caustic, acids, veg oils, fertilizer, molasses and asphalt. Collaborated with sales and customers to develop business cost effectively and within facilities’ operational and regulatory limitations.• Directed operations at 13 facilities which included over 350 tanks and 125 Operations employees and Engineering professionals.• Led engineering, design, and construction teams that built $30+ million Houston Expansion Project: 41 tanks, 750,000 barrels, six on-scale truck racks, and 32 rail positions.• Business Development – Merged Operations, Engineering and Business Development expertise to sell concept of new naphthenic oils terminal to Nynas USA. Customer’s complex requirements incorporated into scope and capabilities of Houston Expansion Project. Contract is largest revenue generator in Westway Terminal’s history comprising of 25 tanks and 350,000 barrels. • Added $15 million to revenue with construction of 56 new tanks (1.3 million bbls) in 2007-2009.• Led design and development of new 360,000 barrel rail/truck/marine terminal in Grays Harbor, WA.• Stockton, CA – Negotiated port leases and led design and development of future 660,000 barrel chemical terminal. Led startup/refurbishment of existing 58,000 barrel facility.

• Project Manager for terminal construction for a major chemical plant’s conversion to biodiesel production.

ITC is a chemical, petrochemical and LPG storage facility on the Houston Ship Channel with 214 tanks and 9 million barrels of storage.Full time consultant advising senior management on contract renegotiation, engineering, energy and environmental compliance projects. • Coordinated contract renegotiations for butadiene and propylene storage with ITC’s largest customers to recover $3 million in capital invested to comply with Texas HRVOC regulations.• Designed IT System reports to meet monitoring and recordkeeping requirements for two thermal oxidizers, six flares, and 40 tanks.• Managed $2.7 million marine dredging project for eight docks.• Technical and business consultant on ITC utility usage (electricity, steam, and natural gas); targeted high energy users for cost sharing, efficiencies in refrigerated storage and plant-wide consumption patterns. Recovered $1.2 million annually by end of 2006.

TMG is a $11.3 billion refined petroleum products distribution and supply company with 70 terminals, 800 tanks, 650 employees and operations across the Gulf coast, Midwest and East coast regions. • Managed operations at 35 terminal locations with 9 direct reports and 200 employees.• Managed design of $10 million Baton Rouge Dock tied to Colonial Pipeline.• Directed TMG's Dept of Homeland Security Port Security Grant efforts, winning grants for $1.4 million. • Developed major storage contracts for Dept of Defense, Exxon/Mobil, FedEx, Shell, BP/Amoco and others.
