With over 25 years of experience in the fields of education, technology, and cybersecurity, I am passionate about creating the best training content in the world. As the Chief Learning Officer at KnowBe4, I lead the teams that help people and organizations stay safe from cybercrime through engaging and effective educational games, videos, self paced eLearning, assessments, and more. I have a strong background in instructional design, gamification, and security awareness, and I am always looking for new ways to apply the latest science and innovation to our content. I believe that learning should be fun, relevant, and impactful, and that by empowering our learners, we can make a positive difference in the world.At KnowBe4, I oversee the development and delivery of over 2000 pieces of content, reaching millions of learners across the globe. I collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including subject matter experts, researchers, partners, and clients, to ensure that our content meets the highest standards of quality, relevance, and accessibility. I also mentor and coach my teams, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
