With over 7 years of work experience in architecture and software development, I am a passionate and innovative computational designer and entrepreneur. I founded EDIT COLLECTIVE, and have been developing Flexity SaaS product, a cloud-based software that empowers developers and architects to collaborate, analyze, and visualize the development potential at real estate sites in South Korea. My mission is to leverage cutting-edge technology and design thinking to create smart and sustainable solutions for the built environment. I am also an adjunct professor at Yonsei University, where I share my knowledge and expertise with the next generation of architects and engineers.As the CEO, founder, and lead computational designer at EDIT COLLECTIVE, I oversee the vision, strategy, and product development of Flexity, our flagship software. Flexity offers accurate development scenarios with 3D massing in just a few seconds, using data from various sources, such as zoning regulations, land use, and market trends. I also manage the technical team, the business development, and the partnerships with key stakeholders, such as KT Estate, Seoul Startup Hub, and Spatial Information Industry Promotion Institute. Flexity has been recognized with multiple awards, patents, and grants, and has been selected for the Tech Incubator Program for Startup Korea. I am proficient in computational design, 3D visualization, parametric design, and various software and programming languages, such as Rhino, Grasshopper, and Python.
