Collaborate with Senior Management, Business Leads, and Finance stakeholders regularly, to assist them in successfully meeting their mandated full year targets and monthly projections for all global costs and headcount.Chair monthly meetings with senior stakeholders and present the current state of the business. Provide normalized cost projections, full year run-rate determinations, benchmark and trend analysis, and supplemental value-add schedules to assist with their fluid cost and funding initiatives. Create and maintain headcount metrics, inclusive of hiring trajectories, attrition levels, third party consultant spend, and joiner/leaver trend analyses to aid in senior management’s forward-looking business strategies and continuous improvement efforts.Interface with Transitions Management, Human Resources, Corporate Real Estate, Finance, Technology, Project Leads, and Corporate Communications on all facets of the bank’s multiple global location strategy initiatives.
