My focus is helping small and medium size businesses and their staff do what they do better through efficient use of technology. The tools I employ to reach this goal involve both hands-on technical skills and years of experience applying technology to solve business needs. With a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a master's degree in Systems Integration Management, and over a dozen industry certifications, I don't rest on my laurels. I constantly strive to learn new skills.My work has taken the form of technician, network administrator, IT manager, project manager, systems analyst, and technical writer in industries as diverse as social services, performing arts, manufacturing, financial services, and more. This diversity in training, job functions, and industries provides me with insight to see the forest through the trees, translate business needs into technical requirements, and find opportunities for improvement in even the best business processes.
