The position was a key resource for the organization, providing daily, monthly and quarterly financial and business oversight and analysis of the financial statements as well as writing the management comments and presentations. I also managed the full financial cycle including forecasting and budget, finding relevant allocation methods for making advanced analysis possible and constantly improving calculation models. My main achievements were new and improved financial reports and management reporting and process developments within the financial cycle. Responsibilities also included evaluating and making recommendations on acquisitions and divestments, as well as ad-hoc investigations and coordination of strategic projects. Reporting to CFO, but also working with the CEO.

Responsible for analysing and providing recommendations regarding KPI: s for profitability and sales within the company as well as for developing processes for effective data-driven analysis. I contributed to higher profitability through analysis of big data sets, several new KPI: s, improved reporting and communication within the organisation regarding the results. My responsibilities also included Management team reports, market research and business intelligence. Participated in various special projects as needed, covering a wide variety of topics.

As a management consultant focusing on performance management, management control, management accounting and strategy I worked with both public and private sector customers facing different complex challenges. I delivered a strategic and financial analysis to a major Swedish city within city development that enabled them to decide for future development. In addition, I worked as project manager in a global industrial project, leading teams in China, South Korea and France, responsible for program results being achieved in every country. Finally, I worked in an extensive project of budget process development and BI for the public sector where the implemented processes and system saved them both time and cut cost for years ahead.
