Under this role, John delivered subject matter expertise regarding all healthcare projects, including driving strategic vision for client engagements. He served as user experience (UX) resource for all North American offices, including Canada. He coordinated with UX teams to determine and implement effective project solutions. He guided junior-level systems analysts, business analysts, account managers, developers, project managers, and creative designers on clients’ business, operations, and solution architecture.He performed as client and software user advocate, defining software content structure, organization, and delivery platform and mechanisms through sitemaps, wireframes, user flows, and user journey maps. He conducted research on digital and healthcare business trends, informing project teams and clients accordingly. He translated legacy and active site/application metrics into usable web-scape maps to inform clients of user activity and identifying site improvement opportunities. He significantly increased creative solutions for clients by leading information architecture and business analyst documentation and strategy review on weekly basis. He drove United Healthcare Prescription Solutions web strategy and redesign utilizing JAD sessions, prototyping, and development with United Healthcare resources. He enabled on-site facility wellness assessment and reporting through overseeing first mobile application and architecture for tablet delivery for Optum Health. He demonstrated site longevity design by generating site and user interface architecture that won e Healthcare Leadership and Marcom awards for 2 years, transitioning from Silver (2009) to Gold (2010).
