While working with Flight Test Quality, I attacked and solved the following:◾️ Led business analysis, risk assessments, strategies, and proposals, resulting in over $10M in annual savings.◾️ Drove platform and architecture changes that removed duplicate systems, integrated legacy systems, and created a customer-focused task management system that significantly reduced exposure to missed maintenance events, associated FAA compliance/fines, program and flight delays. Although difficult to quantify, this represents >$5M in program savings per year.◾️ Provided strategy, tools, and vision, influencing best practices for Flight Test Quality; this resulted in the simplification of the Flight Test Value Stream, which spans multiple organizations.

Led a high-performance work team tasked with solving internal customer problems surrounding business process automation, reducing Boeing's exposure to costly import-export compliance risks, and realizing LEAN benefits.International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) violations have cost large companies hundreds of millions in fines. Companies with government contracts, like Boeing, can face program delays or contract cancellations.My focus while leading this organization was on accomplishing the following:◾️ Led the CIPHER product to market (e-commerce), addressing malware, data spills, information classification, and trusted download issues associated with released documents. Before releasing CIPHER, 50% of released documents contained instances of 50 hidden words/items. CIPHER reduced this to zero on 100% of released documents.◾️ Led product strategy, global marketing, training, and sales of the CIPHER application, which resulted in a threefold increase in sales over two years.◾️ Led product vision and development lifecycle for applications supporting the Boeing Technical Excellence Program. The automation, accountability, and efficiency surrounding these enterprise solutions saved over 10,000 work hours annually.
