Marketing Operations Associate

• Works with various marketing and cross-functional teams to coordinate and prioritize key marketing projects, adhere to a budget, and update Marketing Managers on a regular basis.• Works with external and internal creative resources to ensure timely high-quality output.• Proactively manages and updates the campaign marketing plans.• Manages various and multiple marketing projects from start to end• Focuses on generating qualified leads for the business thus converting potential sales prospects into business opportunities and revenue• Supports and runs other marketing projects (product and online marketing), if necessary; and• Identifies, develops, and evaluates marketing strategy based on established business and marketing objectives.• Develops and manages marketing initiatives and campaigns to meet the needs identified by Segment management to drive brand awareness, new leads, retention and/or revenue.• Assists in the new product launch plans and roll out to customers as applicable.• Supports the Marketing Managers and Senior Marketing Specialists on marketing plan development, on brand, product, or marketing of the specialized area• Generates creative and innovative ideas that can be carried out into impactful marketing campaigns.• Maintains key business partner relationships• Executes special projects/assignments on a needed basis• Organizes and runs events, ensures timely follow-up with sales, marketing, and product team, develops relationships with key contacts, network to identify prospects, and share results with key stakeholders.• Manages key events (e.g. webinars, tradeshows, sponsorships, conferences, etc.) in coordination with the business and the events team.
