• Managed a team responsible for developing Sprint Nextel’s go to market strategy for their Wi-Fi product portfolio and service coverage.• Developed Sprint Nextel’s strategic roadmap for future Wi-Fi and 4G service offerings such as wVoIP, Metropolitan Wireless networks, and convergence. • Worked with product line managers, IT, and executive management in developing Nextel’s three to five year OSS/BSS platform roadmap.• Identified vendors that allowed Nextel to meet their OSS/BSS requirements for the Products and Sercvices organization.• Managed a team responsible for rationalizing all platforms in support of the Sprint Nextel merger. Task entailed the collection of primary platform data, including operational and capital expenditures, licensing, SLAs, market penetration, and scalability.
