In a previous life, I worked in tech sales listening to customers' issues, relating through storytelling, and finding ways in which I can help solve their pain points. I am continuing down that path as a UX Designer, except this time I am crafting the solutions myself!I’ve always been fascinated by the "why" behind the way people think and behave. As a digital detective, I build a case and find answers to my hunches. My background in Psychology helps me understand behavior in an academic context, but my work experience in sales and digital marketing translates that knowledge into practical application.
