CurrentI am a member of the firm’s Employment Law Practice Group. My practice involves representing government and private-sector employers before state and federal administrative agencies and trial courts. I am experienced in counseling, and defending clients against claims of employment discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, harassment, breach of contract, the Fair Labor Standards Act, Colorado Wage Act, and other labor and employment disputes in court, administrative proceedings, and mediation. I advise clients on personnel issues, compliance, terminations and disciplinary actions. I also assist clients with developing employment policies, employment agreements and separation agreements. I was recognized by Rising Stars® in the field of Employment Litigation in 2011.I also have experience in cases involving commercial litigation including complex litigation involving real estate, school law, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and construction matters. I have significant experience handling cases in these and other areas from their inception through trial and arguments before the Court of Appeal.
