I am a senior insurance leader with over 33 years experience in both broker and insurer distribution with a proven ability to strategically deliver profitable growth. I particularly enjoy the client facing part of my role and developing relationships that sustain - it bring colour to my day. My role at WTW, is to develop our client relationships and colleague capability to be the best General Insurance brokerage in Ireland. I am a board member for WTW, focused on delivering the best client outcomes and a progressive colleague environment. I am 10 years in WTW, having spent the previous 22 years in Aviva, I consider loyalty to be an important quality but moreover WTW is great to be part of, because we are consistently growing, challenging, ambitious and supportive – We have tremendous capability in our business and for our clients that means, you get one of us, you get all of us! I am fortunate to work with exceptional colleagues that are driven to deliver outstanding outcomes for their clients.
