Built an R&D and an Engineering organization responsible for developing and delivering AT&T Managed Network Solutions and AT&T Business IP services to customers along with AT&T internal Threat management system. • Built a worldwide organization with over 150 employees and contractors responsible for the development, engineering, and Tier IV support of internal Threat Management systems and Managed Customer VPN and Security services for fortune 200 businesses to small market segments. • Built engineering organization that captured 4,000 new customers resulting in management of 6,000 new managed devices from 1999 and over 80,000 devices in currently. (Over $175 Million in revenue today not including transport services). Deployed scaling tools, re-engineered processes, and selectively outsourced capabilities to reduce implementation costs by at least 60% while achieving 95% on-time implementations and reducing interval by 45%. • Strategically coordinating development efforts across Business IP and Outsourcing portfolios to ensure offer alignment across AT&T units and customer segments. Directly responsible for managing $250M capital and $125M expense budgets.• Reduced development cycle time from 2 years to 3-6 months from offer concept through general market availability by leveraging new incubation model for technology innovation. Responsible for the development of a support team to manage and engineer CPE services for AT&T's Emerging Services and Internet Business.
