Managed the front end of the global After Market business comprising of three functional groups; Order Entry, Technical Sales and Service, handling 65% of incoming customer inquiries. Provided 85 distributors with 24/7 technical support and conducted field equipment repair and training.

Led a team of engineering professionals to design and develop new compressor systems as well as provide production support. Achieved 25% reduction in the development lead-time of new products through the Implementation of “Tiger Teams” and skillful program management and execution.

Managed entire aspect (schedules, budgets, technical issues) of military and commercial programs such as; fuel and oil pumps, Ram Air Turbines, heat exchangers, Organic Rankine Cycle systems, electronic and engine cooling systems.Led team in implementing two demand flow manufacturing cells in one year. Achieved 50% reduction in lead time. Improved quality, reduced inventory and cost.
