I help entrepreneurs get what they want from their business. I started my entrepreneurial journey in music and entertainment. As the Integrator for a Strong Films, we grew 200% in just two years, created commercials for Fortune 500 companies, and produced a feature film that streamed on Netflix.In 2005, I visited Africa, and it changed my life. I saw the plight of young people and the tremendous hardships they faced. I realized that creating jobs was their way out and it gave me an epiphany as to how important entrepreneurs are to the success of any community. I spearheaded the creation of a non-profit that trains orphans and vulnerable children to start and grow small businesses. The program has been a tremendous success, helping thousands of young people in East Africa. My goal is to help bring EOS to the entrepreneurs of Africa.I currently have EOS clients ranging from $2m-200m in revenue in a variety of industries including healthcare, insurance, construction, engineering, and legal services. You’d likely hear my clients say that I care deeply for them, but that I am also firm and tough when needed.In addition to implementing EOS, I am an avid musician and songwriter who loves hiking and being outside with my wife, Laura, and our 15-month-old daughter, Emerson. Whether it’s Orlando or Africa, I am passionate about helping entrepreneurs get what they want, and more importantly than that, about making a huge impact.
