To help optimise Oxfam's contribution and impact in the world, Oxfam has, as one of a set of 2020-2030 confederation-wide strategic transformation programs, transforming the way we work with each other as we build a globally diversified network.In this role, I am working with stakeholders across the Oxfam Confederation to lead the Transforming Business Support (TBS) to Countries, Clusters and Regions program.As part of the TBS program management unit, under the oversight of the TBS Program Oversight Board, I coordinate efforts to inclusively align thinking on TBS scope and roadmap across stakeholders, and to support colleagues leading on different TBS projects to inclusively conceive, design, and build a harmonised and common operating model around people, processes and technology among Oxfam affiliates and with Oxfam International that will ensure business support to country teams, partners and communities we work with are simpler, efficient, effective, and decision-making power and agency is moved closer to these teams, partners and communities.

Worked with a great Oxfam team in Kenya, and with partners consisting of civil society organisations and groups, private sector actors, government departments, and donors to contribute towards fighting inequality, tackling its causes and consequences, to end poverty and injustice in Kenya.Coordinated the strategic focus of Oxfam's work and investments in Kenya, domesticating the confederation's Global Strategic Framework, change decisions, affikliation process, people strategy, and operational strategy. Created an enabling environment for teams to lead in design and delivery of interventions across gender justice & women's rights, accountable governance including in tax justice, public finance management, natural resources management, and WASH, and on strengthening the humanitarian systems here including on local humanitarian leadership, social assistance and protection, and innovative WASH systems.Fostered a diverse, inclusive, safe and professional workplace and work culture enabling everyone on the team to express their passion, talent and leadership alongside others. Coordinated MSF’s humanitarian medical emergency preparedness and response in Kenya, helping set country medical preparedness and response strategy, plans, prepositioning, and responses. Managed projects and teams working to provide high quality primary and secondary healthcare services in Dagahaley refugee camp–Dadaab, and Kala Azar treatment centre in West Pokot.Provided technical backstopping and advisory support to medical and public health teams on design of Primary and secondary health care, MCH, refugee health, referral systems, medical supply-chain, Represented MSF within inter-agency and multisectoral spaces, advocating for refugee rights including non-refoulement, quality and sufficient food and water, right to referral for specialised care outside refugee camps etc. Managed the M&E for all health interventions including data cleaning, entry into databases, data analysis, reporting etc.Represented MSF to external stakeholders government authorities, coordination meetings, and technical working groups supporting government develop several guidelines.
