I have been in the construction industry for close 40 years. I was a card-carrying mason and cement finisher, and for many years operated my own masonry construction business in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. I spent a number of years working for Tremco in the roofing division as a manufacturer's representative. I have extensive background in waterproofing systems in the areas of forensics, design and installation oversight -- both in restoration and complete re-roofing projects.I founded MTI with the idea of improving the existing technology for weep systems. To this day, any and all of MTI's technology, from inception, design, manufacturing and marketing, begins with and is solely motivated by solving or improving an existing problem. Masonry Technology was incorporated in 1991 in Minneapolis, MN. Currently, the company resides in Cresco, Iowa. In recent years, MTI has been dedicated to improving and expanding our online technology. We have also continued our manufacture of green products, as I believe it is vital for companies to take responsibility for and reduce their environmental impacts.
