Serves as a Platoon Leader in a Short-Range Air Defense (SHORAD) Battery, in the Army's only completely SHORAD Air Defense Battalion, assigned to the 10th Army Air and Missile Defense Command in support of US Army Europe and Africa (USAREUR-AF) in the European Command Area of Responsibility. Responsible for the training, welfare, and development of 25 Soldiers on both the Avenger Weapon System and the Sentinel Radar. Is a steward of Army Property and responsible for the maintenance, accountability, and serviceability of over $15 million worth of Army property.

Served as the Assistant Tactical Operations Officer for the only forward stationed Short Range Air Defense (SHORAD) Battalion assigned to 10th Army Air and Missile Defense Command in the European Command Area of Responsibility. Responsible for planning and coordinating battalion operations and training with U.S. maneuver formations and Allied and Partner nations. Assisted in determining the training needs of the battalion, planned, resourced, and supervised training for one Headquarters Battery, three Avenger Batteries, and one Maintenance Company. Responsible for the training, development, and care two Noncommissioned Officers and three Soldiers.
