It Manager
- Lead the implementation, configuration and testing of the Soft1 core CRM system,
- Soft1 ERP and CRM support and users’ training,
- Manage all APIs and 3rd party configurations,
- Office 365 administration,
- Coordination of all IT-related matters including wireless communications, telephony, security, andcomputer hardware and software,
- Lead the training of IT systems to all employees (train the trainer & train end users),
