• Lead the implementation, configuration and testing of the Soft1 core CRM system,• Soft1 ERP and CRM support and users’ training,• Manage all APIs and 3rd party configurations,• Office 365 administration,• Coordination of all IT-related matters including wireless communications, telephony, security, andcomputer hardware and software,• Lead the training of IT systems to all employees (train the trainer & train end users),• Act as a focal point with all IT suppliers, partners and stakeholders,• Design and implementation of network infrastructure for new stores, in collaboration with externalpartners,• Design, configuration and implementation of the company’s WMS in collaboration with Warehouse andLogistics Manager.

• Design and development of web applications (with HTML/HTML5, PHP,Coldfusion, jQuery,Ajax) connected to databases (SQL and MS Access)• Design and development of web rstatistical reports for supervisors and senior managers (Crystal Reports and iNet Clear Reports).• Ongoing design and maintenance of new and existing web applications.• Liaising closely with internal customers at the design stage.• Fixing problems encountered in the functioning of the web applications.• Designing web applications that are easy and effective to use.• Providing daily sales reporting• Supporting a multi-site IT infrastructure of at least 330 employees.• Administration of “file and print”, SQL, and web servers (Apache, IIS)• Office based and remote users support and administration.• Installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of all systems. (Desktops, laptops, servers, IP phones, printers, mobile phones, LAN and WAN).• Providing Active Directory and network shares administration.• Monitoring of backups in multiple locations.• Maintaining maximum availability of supported services for users.• Document and maintain disaster recovery policies, security policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).• Communication with local re-sellers and vendors regarding equipment purchasing.• Follow up on purchase of necessary equipment and services needed for daily infrastructure operations in cooperation with the I.T.
