Adhered to an annual budget laid out by ownership, with funds used for equipment purchases, facility renovations, monthly expenses, advertising, etc. Was responsible for all marketing, advertising, and daily operations as the manager, and grew the facility's Facebook following from under 100 to over 1,000 in a five month span. This led to over fifty new training clients, and six new teams who used the facility.
