Promoted to manage a team of five that executed Purchase to Pay, Sourcing, and Contract Administration activities for Operations, Maintenance, HSSE, Commercial, and Technical Services teams. Led a cross-functional team in developing the sourcing and life-cycle management strategy for catalyst (Fresh Catalyst purchase, logistics, reactor unload/ reload, and spent catalyst disposition). Impact for the up-coming Turnaround. Current savings estimate – Catalyst Purchases: $0.5M; Transportation: $0.1M; Reclamation/ Disposal: $0.1M. Led the Procurement team to prepare and manage the supply and services required to support a USW work stoppage. Led a Project to institute a new standard contract template for nested Craft Contractors. This involved working with a cross functional team to develop the Contract templates, and then executing the appropriate Sourcing and Negotiation to implement the new templates. Estimated saving was $1M. Led the procurement activities for a cross-functional team, which purchased a $2.1M piece of engineered equipment for the Turnaround. Through the negotiations, I was able to deliver $0.3M in savings and pushed the supplier to leverage their global supply chain to meet the delivery expectation of the Maintenance and Turnaround Organization.

Promoted to manage all Continuous Improvement projects, system implementations, and process improvement activities for the Toledo Procurement and Supply Chain Management (PSCM) Team.
