• Responsible for bringing theoretically informed innovation to the teaching and learning practices of UNext's online learning communities; responsible for designing appropriate technologies that enable community members.
• Lead development of the Ellis Community Learning Platform, the enterprise authoring, delivery, and student community framework that powers Cardean Learnng Group’s online learning communities.
• Responsible for the pedagogy and design of Ellis College’s course offerings.
• Ensure a coherent end-to-end student experience by integrating the strategic needs of diverse functional groups including IT, Course Development, Marketing, Instruction, and Student Services.

• Lead manager responsible for multi-disciplinary teams that designed, developed, and delivered on-line education courses in conjunction with universities including the University of Chicago, Stanford University.
• As Course Director Kruper was the lead instructional designer and project director for the teams that developed courses; he was also the primary ambassador to our partner schools and their faculty and had final P&L.

• Responsible for planning and implementing instructional computing programs for secondary school, undergraduate, and graduate customer base of 14,000 (yearly), and for supervising a technical staff of six to support.
• Wrote grant proposals and worked with Development Office to raise new funds.
• Assisted with managing operational and capital budgets and coordinate building-wide personnel issues for Center with $1.5M annual budget and staff of fourteen.
• Taught over 45 in-service secondary level teacher education workshops held across the country.

• Oversaw all facets of onsite and distance learning educational computing at College of 180 faculty, 230 administrative staff, and 1,800 undergraduate students.
• Responsible for strategic planning, grant development, software development (by staff of 4 programmers), public computing laboratory support (for 400 workstations), and student and faculty end- user support (by staff.
