Led and directed finance and accounting departments for four commonly owned metals companies generating $475 million dollars in revenue and consisting of an aluminum plate manufacturer, an aluminum sheet manufacturer, an electrogalvanizing and coating steel service center, and a steel processing service center. Managed preparation of all financial statements and supervised treasury functions including borrowing base reporting to asset based lenders. Directed all matters related to income, sales, payroll and property taxes.
