- Coordinated and coached a team of five offshore Financial Center professionals in the preparation of 13 insurance companies by line of business, and state underwriting results pages for quarterly/annual financials, quarterly cash flow input form used for the 10-K report and was instrumental contributor to robotics testing for automation of inter company trading partner reconciliations. Also worked with the IT department in the automation/elimination of several manual entries to improve the quarterly and annual close cycles.- Key contributor to the Comptrollers Financial Center Transformation process, which included the creation and implementation of departmental standard processes, onshore and offshore training of the Financial Center staff, procedures, and best practices, yielding cost savings (moving around 90% of the day to day activities to the financial centers) and increased efficiency of offshore Financial Centers.- Coordinated with offshore GOE expense team, journal entries, account reconciliations and monthly/quarterly and year to date analytics related to the company’s general operating expenses. This included analyzing expense allocation rates, service office allocation process review and responding to inquiries from business unit heads and auditors related to general operating expense charges.- Creation of several MEDR reports, using the SAP BI and BOBJ reporting tools, to increase efficiency in monthly, quarterly and yearly GOE analysis, decreasing the turnaround time by 5 days and improving the department ability to anticipate GOE reporting issues.

- Led a team of three accountants in the preparation of 17 insurance companies annual and quarterly statements in accordance with NAIC Accounting Practice and Procedures Manual. Worked closely with external and internal auditors in responding to their inquiries and was instrumental responding NAIC multi state exam review.- Selected as a Subject Matter Expert to participate in the General Insurance Finance Transformation (GIFT) initiative to create a common financial platform, across all AIG companies world-wide, to support efficiency gains in financial accounting and reporting processes.- Played integral role in the automation and remediation of the AIG PC companies Schedule T reports.
