Territory Sales Manager
Current- Execute strategic sales plans to maximize growth opportunities within the assigned territory based on monthly KPIs
- Maintain communication with existing, previous, and potential customers, alerting them of new products that may be of interest.
- Merchandise all Congo Brands products within assigned accounts to company standards, ensuring proper product rotation, etc.
- Identify, target, and sample existing and potential accounts, both individually and in partnership with distributors, to maximize allocated and/or open shelf space, drive volume growth, increase brand awareness, and.
- Maintain and provide detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, market trends, while providing necessary back-up to support sales and bonus programs objectives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; partner with key stakeholders to resolve any territory issues that may arise post-sale.
