We are dedicated to the design, assembly & marketing of visual inspection systems for the pharmaceutical glass market. Our product inspect vials, ampoule and cartridges by camera inspection. To achieve this goal, VIMEC employs mechanical-, software- and optical engineers. For the markets served, a full range of standardized systems has been developed.As MD of VIMEC I am focused on the efficiency and effectiveness of the company. From 2014 to 2015 we grew from € 2.2 mln. to € 4.5 mln. In 2015 to 2016 from 4.5 mln. to 5.3 mln. Our teeam grew from 14 to 35 during this period. TOKTOI - a trading company that independently imports different products from Mongolia, China and Eastern Europe and sells these items on the European Market.The product range consist of:• Mongolian Ger/Yurt (Ø 5.5 till Ø 12 meter), Mongolian Furniture (complete interior) and Mongolian accessories directly imported from Mongolia;• Replicas of the world famous Terracotta warriors (20cm till 200cm of height) directly imported from P.R. of China;• Wooden Hot tubs barrels and Sauna Barrels directly imported from EstoniaThe products are sold throughout Europe (and several to the US) e.g. Spain, Hungary, France, Norway, Germany and Belgium.

Hendrikx Matrijzen en Prototypen (HMP) is one of the business units of HMG as are HMS and HMI. HM is already more than 25 years active as developer, manufacturer, maintenance and sales of moulds. As General Manager of HMP I am responsible for the complete process and organization of this unit. The unit sells, develops and manufactures new injection moulds. With more than 25 employees a great team to work with. By changing processes and focus in 2014 our turnover was more than € 5mln. (highest in company's history).

In this pivotal function I am responsible for the overall planning and coordination of the equipment sales, engineering and operations process from a position within the Sales department. The key areas of focus are the processes of the internal organisation. I need to set priorities and ensure the prompt dispatch of orders. I need to create basic conditions that support the ideally progressing of quotation to the order process and take a pro-active role in the controlling and utilisation of company resources.

On a project base I worked on 2 subjects:- Determination of the strategy for the next 3-5 years (Analysis, SWOT)- Process recording and structuring regarding process optimization and ISO certificationResult: A complete process description visualized by flowcharts and an improvement plan, Customers and Suppliers analysis, SWOT analysis, Strategic formulation and a corresponding action plan for warehouse and purchase.

Guangzhou, China

Momexx is an international injection mould making company. The head office is in Nieuwkuijk and 2 locations in China, Guanghzou and Jinan.As General Manager Momexx China I am responsible for the managing of the Momexx China organization.This resulted in an official Momexx office in Guangzhou with 6 Chinese employees (2 purchasers, 1 design engineer, 2 project engineers, 1 office manager). And make a cultural change in act and not react (efficient and reliable).The office in Guangzhou outsourced all moulds to our suppliers and we purchased other items from random suppliers in the whole of China.For the factory in the North I was responsible for the financial administration and non technical developments.The factory in the north (Jinan) makes and tests injection moulds, run small productions and assemble products till finished goods.

As Supply Chain Planner, at the biggest chocolate producer in Europe, of finished products I am responsible to ensure timely availability of finished product for the several networking locations (markets) at the lowest possible pipeline costs. Second I am responsible for supply services for all “specials”: items that are bought in China, Philippines, Italy, Norway etc (SAP). A personal achievement was the reduction of the “specials” stock from 3 million to less than 1 million euro. I worked under a temporarily contract of 1 year.

Deurne, The Netherlands

This international company develops and produces mechatronic systems for the dynamic market. My responsibility is to deliver prototypes on the agreed time and within the agreed costs using SAP R/3. Tasks are: Making of long and short-term planning, budget overviews, coordinating the purchase-, production- and assembly departments, solving bottlenecks and communication with suppliers, customers, engineering, purchasing and production.

Traveled from Sint Petersburg to Moskou, onto the Trans Siberia Express (Yekaterinburg, Krasnoyarsk, Irkutsk) to Ulaanbaatar (Mongolia) on a round trip to the east, south and centre of Mongolia and headed to Beijing. In China visited the (big) cities: Beijing, Xi'an, Shanghai, Chendu, Kunming, Guangzhou, Hong Kong (and many small cities).

Schijndel

One of the biggest sportshops in Holland. I started working here when I was 15 years old and learned the skills of sales (commercial thinking). In summer I sold tents and in winter ski attributes. I worked here mainly in the weekends and holidays.

Gemco is specialized in the Turn Key Engineering and contracting of maintenance workshops, laboratories and production plants for LPG cylinders. My tasks: to support the logistic and purchase department. This contained: making of distribution planning, purchasing and communication with suppliers, transporters and customers. This was a temporarily contract of 4½ months.

This company develops and produces housing and enclosure solutions for electronics. I was assigned as a Project Engineer. My projects:- Improving the stock availability. This resulted, among others, in implementing a two-bin system.- Migration of a new ERP-system (MFG/PRO) for the entire organization (project member).- Developing and implementing of management performance indicators.

Traveled from Auckland over the North island to Wellington, go around on the South island and fly from Christchurch to Sydney. In Australia traveled up the east coast and from Darwin down the middle to Adelaide and via Melbourne to back to Sydney
