Current•Collaborate with the Area Director of Sales and Marketing to develop and execute Leisure, Tour & Travel and Business Travel Sales plans aligning with the departments strategic objectives.•Identify, negotiate and manage new partner contracts in order to maximize market share and achieve desired outcomes from Hoteligence, affiliations with organizations, direct solicitation and referrals from clients and peers.Evaluate and negotiate rates with Travel Managers, Travel Agencies, Executives, and Procurement•Manage existing key accounts and target new accounts with an emphasis on business development.•Conduct site inspections, client entertainment and sales related business travel, local and national•Responsible for pre & post sales call reporting, adhering to group booking procedures and approval process in place, competitive evaluation utilizing RBI, SBRP, Hoteligence and competitive analysis sales.
