Currently and in the future, the building on the Common will be a non-profit office facility in perpetuity (existing tenants which I recruited and executed leases for include First Literacy, Edgar Allan Poe Foundation, and Emerson College).The New Hampshire farm will be used for non-profit purposes (artist venue or animal welfare). It contains a 1700 era farm house which will be open to various non-profits for use. I remain currently involved on a part time basis with this entity and will going forward as one of two trustees however it is akin to serving on a board of directors.

While working at Highland Street Foundation, I put together a business plan to purchase it from his Trust and then work with them to make it open to the public, borrowing original art and personal effects from both the Edward Gorey Charitable Trust and his family and friends to maintain an ongoing, annually rotating exhibit. -

Starting as a staff accountant, I worked in a unique department which was an in-house family office for David J. McGrath jr., the owner of TAD Resources, which was sold in 1997 to Adecco. I worked with Goldman Sachs on various aspects of the sale. . During this time, I managed Mr. McGrath's personal balance sheet of non-TAD investments which included a significant nation-wide real estate portfolio of residential, industrial and commercial properties, including TAD offices. Responsibilities included financing the portfolio and overseeing property management team including lease administration, revenue collection, etc.This experience included working on both personal and company (TAD) credit compliance reporting with all lenders, managing lines of credit, mortgage financing.
