~Trained and coached over 15 athletes to the NCAA Division 1 Outdoor West Regional Preliminary ~Track and Field Championships from 2012 through 2018 and 2018 NCAA outdoor championships ~Trained and coached All Sun Belt Performers and relays to run their Personal Best and break multiple school records~Develop and implement daily sprint, jump, and weight workouts for both male and female track and field athletes~Train and coach more than 30 Division 1 collegiate women and men track and field athletes at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UALR) per season~Handle finances and create spreadsheets for team travel expenses (transportation, hotel, food, etc.) ~Oversee Track and Field athletes and maintenance of the Track and Field complex to insure proper usage of equipment; coordinate the development and promotion of the Track and Field program at UALR; and, organize and schedule practice sessions as well as meetings~Recruit track and field athletes for the Track and Field program at UALR~Insure that all Track and Field athletes are eligible and are on track with degree completion progress; and, motivate athletes to be academically focused~As meet director, duties include: serves as administrator and supervisor of the meet; coordinate the promotional and planning actives of all aspects of the meet(s); and, is responsible for hiring knowledgeable and competent meets officials and volunteers for the meet(s)~Other duties as assigned by Head Coach

~Planned and administered practice sessions for over sixty NCAA Division 1 athletes from the following sports: soccer, tennis, golf, volleyball, basketball and track and field~Oversaw the soccer, tennis, golf, volleyball, basketball, baseball and track and field teams for weight training and strength and conditioning within the Athletic (weight room) Facility~Utilized a strength and conditioning program called StrengthTracker.com weekly to input workout plans specifically for each team that was overseen, for athletes to download their workouts if needed~Communicated with each head coach in person, over the telephone, or via email
