• Development in C# and Borland Delphi.• Using Microsoft SQL Server, (to a lesser extent) SQLite, FireBird, and previously InterBase, Paradox and B-Tree Filer (an ISAM library).• Development of a new Hospital Pharmacy application. My role included leading the team, planning and software design.• Development of web services (SOAP, WCF).• Web API for integration of an e-commerce with an EPOS application.• Development of TCP socket servers and clients (Win32 services) (and previously, an ISAPI extension).• Maintenance of a modem server (at the time, it handled all electronic health reimbursement claims from pharmacies in Ireland).• Maintenance (including analysis, design and development of new modules) of a community pharmacy dispensing system with a three-tier architecture and COM-based plugin system.• User interfaces using WinForms and Infragistics components.• Design and development of a new user interface layer for our legacy Pascal applications, developed in C#, and new features (also in C#), that integrate with the legacy code.• Setup of an automated build system using Team Foundation Server, including an external compiler and custom build tasks.• Maintenance and extension of a solution for automatic updating of deployed applications and reference data.• Interfacing with hardware for pharmacy dispensing systems and a point-of-sale system.• Maintenance of an internal drug database application (that outputs updates for customers).• Features shared between applications (as .NET assemblies, integrated with .NET and Delphi applications), including an in-application instant messaging solution, and web service clients (including integration with a SalesForce application).• Analysis, design and development of an internal CRM application.• Maintenance of a hospital pharmacy dispensing system.• Shared source code libraries.
