At the Government administration "Vlaamse Overheid" I'm responsible to expand and maintain the exclusive owned fibre optical network of about 3000km in the complete Flanders. I'm the SPOC for all the stakeholders in the East- and West-Flanders; maintaining relationships, reviewing new connection requests. With a team of site supervisors we manage the complete maintenance contract in relation with the assigned company for the execution of all the works.
