Senior Benefits Analyst
Current• Manage and administer the company's associates’ benefits programs, including health insurance, financial plans, wellness initiatives, and other related programs.• Utilize advanced Excel skills to collect, analyze, and interpret benefits data, identifyingtrends, patterns, and insights that contribute to the optimization of benefits offerings.• Manage vendor relationships, identify program or process modifications, and implement improvements.• Create comprehensive reports and presentations using PowerPoint to communicate benefits-related information to various stakeholders, including senior management and associates.• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of benefits data by meticulously reviewing and reconciling data from different sources, resolving discrepancies as needed.• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends related to employee benefits to ensure the company's benefits programs remain compliant and competitive.• Serve as a subject matter expert for associate inquiries related to benefits programs, explaining plan details, eligibility criteria, and addressing concerns.• Continuously identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation within benefits administration, aiming to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.• Assist in developing clear and effective communication materials, such as benefits guides, open enrollment materials, and educational resources for employees.• Solid understanding of employee benefits programs, regulations, and industry best practices.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of translating data into actionable insights.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain benefits concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.• Able to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams, liaising with HR, Finance, and other departments.• Effective at managing multiple tasks and priorities while adhering to deadlines.
