Chief Financial Officer
Current- Manage all operational, investor and transaction sourcing and capital markets transactions for proprietary real estate fund reporting and investor communications for $4.1B CRE portfolio. Oversee investor reporting.
- Perform legal and supervisory oversight functions under local registration including generation and approvals of development plans, construction, marketing and service documentation and municipal correspondence.
- Manage all investor communications and generate budget and performance reports for institutional investor base of sovereign wealth funds, endowments, pensions, foundations, banks, family offices and UHNWIs.
- Manage and monitor CRE allocations and exposures and implement investor solutions. Oversee investor relations, due diligence, structuring and transaction management and fund subscriptions.
- Manage delinquent or underperforming positions, review and negotiate restructurings, negotiate and draft legal documentation and performance reports in conjunction with OpCo/PropCo managers, services and asset operators.
- Manage CRE portfolio performance through analytical due diligence, execution, diligent property management, implementation of operational improvements, debt de-leveraging and capital appreciation targets.
