Ensured that design standards were followed by developing processes, reviewing all space plans and charting the Retail Design and Standards Committee.• Developed and managed strategies for Architectural, Signage and Construction services focused on cost, quality, performance, and regional coverage, improving productivity, quality and standardization of these services by reducing the number of vendors, the fee structure and awarding contracts based on cost and performance.• Engineered and managed Signage and Branding Program for retail sites, collaborating with 3 departments and 2 vendors ensuring the WaMu branches achieved the visibility and branding recognition needed.• Managed CBRE’s development of process and procedures (Playbooks) related to Due Diligence, Architectural, General Contractor and Signage Programs, resulting in complete integration with the WaMu programs, strategic partners and stakeholders.
