The portal was rooted in a project we handled for an 85,000 life group where we enhanced recruiting/retention through the design and implementation of custom niche benefits. Our goal was to help drive incremental new memberships while enhancing member retention.Our new platform offers 21+ insurance and benefit solutions in all 50 states and includes full bill-to-home capabilities at no additional charge. Services include ACA subsidy application assistance for all individuals and families. Available either as a stand-alone plan for individuals and small groups, or as a complement to existing large group benefits.A reasonable monthly SaaS subscription fee allows full access for all workers, including full-time, part-time, 1099, seasonal, temporary, intern, volunteer, staffing company, and other workers typically excluded from benefits. Bill-to-home billings minimize administration for high-turnover workers. For large groups in need of more substantial group medical premium savings, an hourly-worker carve-out option is available. ACA adequacy requirements are measured down to each employee’s residence zip code for the very lowest ACA-qualified health insurance pricing. No participation minimums. No premium minimums. No product minimums. No waiting periods to apply for coverage. No billing reconciliation. No hassles.
