Winner, Downtown Denver, ULI, and Mayor's Design Awards.♦ Advocacy for Those Without Permanent Shelter: Extensive advocacy with partner organizations to develop effective outcomes to support those affected by homelessness. Obtained board approval to direct $60,000 to support a second “Showers for All” facility.♦ Pandemic Response, Business and Creative Support: Led the creation of the RiNo Support Fund, a grant program for RiNo based businesses, artists, and creatives during the pandemic. In 2020 and 2021, RiNo granted over $400,000 as part of this program. Instigated the closure of three blocks of Larimer Street to allow restaurant and bars to expand their outdoor patios.
