Direct partnership with Director of Operations and senior leaders to own company best practices, drive change management across multiple departments, identify and remove barriers in operational processes, and help teams meet company set OKRs and KPIs.Own Compass product and program adoption goals ensuring regional go-to-market plans are effective and adjusting/re-iterating to regional nuances.
