Liaison between Inventory Control and the operational departments; Fleet Dispatch, Maintenance Operation Control, Planning, Tech Services/Engineering, etc. Use various methods to update these departments of the operation, as well as individual bases’ maintenance/stores, including AEMES, MTX OPS, SABRE(DECS), M3(IMS/WMS), Citrix, VIANET, our AOG Log and verbally over the phone. Facilitate the creation of CPN’s, purchase orders, repair orders, internal requisitions and expedite parts/tools, including hazmat, for AOG/Grounded Aircraft, MEL’s and planned maintenance from a logistics stand point. Order these parts/tools from various stocking locations, vendors and/or other airlines. Coordinate with MOC to ensure that the product arrives at the projected time. Run various reports regarding the daily situation and open transactions for loss prevention. Working knowledge of SABRE(DECS/RES/FRT) and aircraft manuals, including IPC’s, AMM’s, CMM’s etc. Have experience reading technical notifications, including EO’s, FCD’s, Service Bulletins, ETN’s, etc.

Inventory Control / Aircraft Maintenance; Work in the parts warehouse, at the DFW hangar, also required to work line maintenance/terminals when requested by the crew chief. Work together with other clerks within a small network of warehouses, to maintain stock at DFW. Researched parts/tools/chemicals in our warehouse management system via the company’s computer network. Issued these items to aircraft and the personnel that were maintaining the aircraft. Ship and receive parts to/from various warehouses within our corporate network(shipped/received via airport, parcel services, our aircraft and other airlines). Met aircraft at the gate to receive materials to ensure that these parcels made it to the main warehouse. Work with shelf-life materials, including hazmat and aircraft batteries. Therefore, having to keep track of materials in logs and pulling the ones that expired. Disposed of hazardous waste in accordance with EPA and Federal Regulations. DOT Qualified to Ship Hazardous Materials per the 49 CFR and IATA DGR, for the past 8 years

Worked floor sales and customer service. Used a computer system to activate phones and service plans for customers, also researched customer history and ran credit checks. Worked with agents over the phone to resolve situations of billing and irregularities. Was held to a corporate standard by secret shops that involved following standard operation procedures.

Cleaned Aircraft Interior; wiping down cabin walls, cleaning the cockpit and making sure that there was no debris throughout. Exterior; cleaned up residue on the Nacelles and from the exhaust. Overall, made the aircraft presentable to the customer. Also worked very close with the Environmental Coordinator; moving hazardous waste to the containment area(i.e. 55 gal drums of spent Compressor Wash, Oil, Jet A; also including solid waste like Personal Breathing Equipment and Oxygen Generators). Setup drums to be used as Waste-Stream Vessels. Also worked with overnight maintenance by building up phase packages for aircraft, filled out Non-Routine Work Cards per Bill of Work. Transferred mechanics to and from the flight line.
