I serve the Museum as Chief Executive Officer. In this role, I am responsible for the overall business leadership of the museum, management of personnel performance, community collaboration and stakeholder engagement, and deepening connectivity with museum supporters.

I was responsible for driving the strategic plan for the Schenectady YMCA and YMCA Camp Chingachgook in alignment with the goals of the Capital District YMCA. Chief among those goals are forming strategic partnerships with other organizations and business leaders, developing the Camp into a year-round destination for a variety of activities, and increasing the number of children and families in need who are able to benefit from the unique experiences that Chingachgook has to offer, and strengthening the service in the city of Schenectady through cause driven partnerships and programs.I managed the Schenectady YMCA's and YMCA Camp Chingachgook’s operations as well as the Annual Campaigns which helps thousands of children, families, and seniors receive much needed help through YMCA programs and services.

Provided leadership to summer residential program for children with life threatening illnesses. Recruited, trained and supervised 100+ domestic and international supervisors, counselors, program staff and volunteers. Responsible for the direct care of campers and facilitation of programs. Worked closely with medical team to coordinate treatment and care for campers, staff, and volunteers. Managed food services with high detail for dietary concerns in a fast paced, high yield environment. Provided troubleshooting and response for physical plant needs for 300+ acre campus including 40+ buildings. Supported development, marketing, and fundraising initiatives to raise $3MM+ annually.

Managed programming and business office responsibilities for multiple metro-based branches and day/resident camps in Florida and Rhode Island. Raised critical operating funds through program expansion and development, fundraising initiatives and grant writing. Successfully acquired over $150K in grant funds.
