ScrollMotion Inc. was at the forefront of the new app world we live in, with some of the first apps on your first iPhone, your first iPad, and your first eReader. This mobile app infrastructure company already had five apps in the iOS App Store on the day it launched in June 2008. We started out helping publishers to distribute their content across these new mobile platforms, where customers included Disney, Random House, Conde Nast, Simon Schuster, Penguin Group, Esquire, and O, the Oprah magazine. We then took the product to the enterprise space for sales enablement to close better deals, including customers Exxon, BP, Apple, General Electric, Roche, and Pfizer.

We built a customized rules engine for processing insurance and financial services transactions, with customers in the commercial banking, retail banking and insurance.

I sold my first company Bandini to Meritage, and then supervised the growth to four offices in the Western U.S. Region. We helped Meritage focus on financial services tech, with commercial banking, retail banking, and insurance software services and rules engines.

This was my company that Meritage bought. Before the acquisition, Bandini grew to ten people, building complex solutions for financial services, fintech and startups.
