Estimated ROI of $2mm in the first three years following implementation.• Architect and primary engineer on Citrix technologies, designed and implemented XenDesktop and related services and roles to serve applications and desktops for users in US, India, and Japan. Lead engineer on collapsing of older Citrix environments.• Supported efforts to collapse multiple legacy Active Directory domains to reduce complexity and costs associated with management of enterprise environment.• Designed and implemented highly available messaging environment based on Microsoft Exchange 2010 to service up to 5000 initial users. Extensive use of global and local load balancing techniques to provide “always on” service. Reduced unplanned outage incidents to nearly zero.
