In addition of all responsibility listed as a Metrology technician, the review of all GMP document are under the Calibration Specialist responsibility as well as all equipment's re-qualification.

- Perform and document calibration for measuring equipments that require calibration- Performed and document measurement during qualification and validation activities- Document any relevant event of measuring instrument life cycle- Plan calibration activities with Equipment Designated Specialist- Ordered and supervised external vendor for calibration- Develop update written procedures for calibration- Assist in troubleshooting of measuring equipments. Conduct investigations involving calibrationfailures and coordinate activities together with line functions to follow-up through defectresolution- Performed and support activities on measuring instruments such as adjustment, setting,replacement, modification, maintenance, installation, of new equipment etc

Responsible of the metrology function.

The function consisted to sample, measure and evaluate all the products from the Tobacco manufacturing process, identify any quality issues, make corrective actions and recommend solutions for process improvement.
