As a mediator and arbitrator, I draw on nearly 40 years as a practicing lawyer handling complex healthcare and commercial matters. I litigated numerous challenging business and commercial cases in state and federal courts, arbitration proceedings, and government investigations and enforcement actions, trying nearly two dozen trials and arbitrations to judgment. I have participated in dozens of mediations as counsel and as a mediator, and I bring to the mediation process both years of broad experience and specialized focus in healthcare and commercial disputes.
