I've been fortunate to have a front row seat for much of the growth of the Michigan craft beer industry. From 2007-2012, I wrote about the beer industry for the Kalamazoo Gazette and MLive Media Group. I co-founded the Michigan craft beer blog, KalamaBrew, in 2007. Over a pint or two during the summer of 2012, I floated the idea of a beer tour company that could help people safely enjoy their favorite West Michigan breweries. The idea became a reality in 2013.West Michigan Beer Tours provides public and private brewery tours across West Michigan, offering customizable experiences for corporate team-building outings, post-conference entertainment, birthday parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, family reunions, fundraising events and other life milestones. We offer year-round walking tours of downtown Kalamazoo breweries, as well as frequent walking tours of downtown Grand Rapids breweries. This is in addition to a slew of private and specialty events throughout the year and across West Michigan.
