­1. Develop, monitor and maintain training and assessment resources required for the delivery of accredited and non-accredited training ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.­2. Consult with teaching staff and other stakeholders such as students or industry experts in the development of learning programs, training and assessment strategies, syllabi, assessment tools and learning resources.­3. Develop and implement engaging print-based and eLearning training and assessment resources aligned to the curriculum, training package and/or Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF).­4. Coordinate, develop and deliver one-on-one or group staff training development to enhance professional practice and drive quality improvement. ­5. Maintain effective communication with all teaching staff; promote networking and collaboration which supports reflection, the sharing of experience, and the process of finding solutions to industry challenges.­6. Carry out work to ensure adherence to all set rules, policies and procedures of MTC and compliance with applicable regulatory standards and contractual requirements.

Lilac Eye was a London womenswear fashion label which designed our own apparels and sold them at upmarket tourist spots in Camden and Oxford Street. We had a wide range of customers from all age group, nationalities and cultural backgrounds.Main responsibilities:1. Management of a few boutiques and concession around London.2. Trained staff to deal with customer services issues, basic cashing, window display and arrangement of merchandise, cleanliness and health and safety rules and regulations.3.
