In the role, I also assist in the maintenance/awareness of all current and future solicitations from clients within an assigned region.Among other responsibilities are assuming responsibility for proposal production and coordination as assigned, establishing schedules and compliance checklists, assist in proposal development, review and debrief meetings, and the research of relevant staff qualifications, firm experience, and proposals, while also creating/updating templates, project profiles, and resumes.

Working closely with the marketing manager, peers, construction professionals, and senior leadership across three different offices, I provided support in this role to achieve Structure Tone's financial and market leadership goals while demonstrating working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite as well as Microsoft Office. Using excellent writing skills, a focus was placed on developing dynamic content for the New Jersey, Philadelphia, and Connecticut office's marketing efforts.I strategized, wrote, edited, and curated content for a variety of external and internal platforms as well as supported/lead the proposal and presentation process. I promoted collaboration and timely responses across disciplines to compose successful proposals and submissions.Clients worked with include JPMorgan Chase, Prudential, Atlantic Health System, United Airlines, Rutgers University, Mitsubishi Pharmaceutical, Barclays, and Gensler, among others.

In this role, I worked remotely in collaboration with other employees of commARCH (Commercial Architecture) in organizing video and media clips into informative videos that could be posted to the company's YouTube channel. Many of the videos that I assisted in putting together were those that accompanied audio podcasts. Learned many valuable skills from colleagues who all helped me improve my craft. Beginning in June 2021, I also began posting weekly music blogs of approximately 1,000 words per post about news in the industry and the state of different genres of music.

In this role, I filmed and traveled to sporting events throughout the Tri-state area. Focusing on either a single athlete or an entire team, my aim was to produce footage for the players and coaches not only to have so that they could improve upon their craft each week, but also as documentation of a certain memory in their lives.Using Adobe Premiere Pro and other applications within the Creative Cloud, I also edited videos together for the coaches and athletes. My goal was to always produce a product that both myself and the customer would be thrilled with, resulting in enthusiastic, returning customers.
