Major acheivements:- Assisted in the design, consdtruction and implementation of the Fire/EMS Center; wrote policy & procedure; designed and implemented new-hire training program and CE credit programs for Emergency Medical Dispatch and State Fire Academy CE hours. - Worked on team developed and implemented multi-agency Fire/EMS communication center starting with cities of Manteca, Lathrop & Tracy eventually becoming a county-wide system of fire agencies and private EMS providers
